PRE-ORDERS

I charge for pre-orders when you place the order. It keeps things simple and ensures no surprises when your record’s ready to roll.

I try to get pre-orders out the door ahead of release day, Soon as they arrive in store i will get them packed, labelled and off to the postie

You’ll get an email when your order ships. I aim for delivery on or before release day, but sometimes delays happen i will always do my best to make sure your record gets to you on time.

Some new titles only turn up with stores on release day the labels call these “secure releases.” (Think Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo and the like.) Not my rule, sadly! It just means no early shipping, but I’ll get your order flying out the door the minute it lands.​

Pre-orders with different dates (or with in-stock items)

If your order has a mix of items, say records with different release dates, or a pre-order alongside something already in stock, I’ll hold everything until the latest release is ready.

For example: if you pre-order one album for March and another for April, both will ship together in April. Same goes if you add a t-shirt to a pre-order, the tee will be held until the vinyl is ready.

Want the in-stock bits sooner? Easy, just place a separate order. Already ordered? Drop me a message. I can split the shipment and send what’s available now, but it does mean paying the postage again ( though I can look at 2nd class or courier to save a few quid ).
