Shipping Policy

Here’s the lowdown on how your order gets to you

I keep things simple once you've placed your order, i will pack it up with care and get it on its way to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24. (unless it's a pre-order, check pre-order section for info)

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is dispatched (usually within 1 working day), Royal Mail aims to deliver it the next working day. That means you could be unwrapping your order as soon as tomorrow!

Just a heads up Royal Mail delivery times can vary a little during busy periods (like holidays), but i will always keep you in the loop.

Do I get tracking?

Absolutely. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on the move. Check your inbox i will send you all the info you need to keep an eye on your parcel.

Where do you deliver?

Right now, it's UK only. That includes Scotland, England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Sorry, no international shipping right now.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Made Easy

I get it sometimes things just aren’t quite right. If you're not 100% happy with your order, no stress. You’ve got 14 days from when it arrives to let me know if you’d like a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Just drop me an email (mostlyvinylmicky@yahoo.co.uk) with your order number and what you'd like to do, and i’ll guide you from there. Please reach out before sending anything back, i’ll send over the info you need to get it sorted.

A Few Quick Notes:

Items need to come back in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. If something’s clearly been worn, damaged, or altered, i might not be able to offer a refund just being honest.
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size or style? No worries you’re welcome to return it, but return postage is on you in those cases.
If i’ve made a mistake or your item has a fault, i will cover the return shipping and fix it up ASAP.

I’ll process your refund or exchange once i’ve got the item back and everything checks out.

Vinyl Return

Cracked the seal? It’s yours to keep. (unless damaged or wrong vinyl received)
To get a full refund on vinyl, it’s gotta come back sealed and in original condition. That way, everyone gets a new vinyl (and in the packaging it was sent)
